...WINTER STORM TO IMPACT THE WEST AND NORTH THROUGH TONIGHT... .THE SNOW IN THE WEST AND NORTH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. THE SNOWFALL WILL BE HEAVIEST THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING... BEFORE SLOWLY DIMINISHING BY SUNRISE WEDNESDAY. STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CAUSE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
